Luxury Downtown Townhome Unit 13

Just a short stay but good one Positive: Not far driving distance from anything. Clean and simple. Very spacious. Everything was stocked and ready. Super responsive when we needed help. Negative: The immediate surrounding area was hard to walk through without being harassed. Parking in the garage was hard if you don't have a small vehicle due to limited turning space.

Bring your own vacuum and sunglasses if you book here 😎 Positive: The location was close to downtown Cleveland and most major attractions. The size of the townhouse was decent as well. Negative: Overall, cleanliness was the most disappointing part of our stay. Stayed here with my wife and my dog. Immediately upon arriving at the property, we noticed countertops in the kitchen and tables in the living room hadn't been wiped down by the "cleaning" crew. There was sticky residue all over the kitchen counters and ring marks/greasy finger prints on the living room end tables. TV remote also was greasy. It was also evident the people that stayed before us had an Hawaiian themed party. How do I know this, you ask? Because there were broken balloon pieces and pieces of flower leis all over the floor, clearly visable to some one that would have come in to clean. There was a can pull tab laying on the floor upstairs, again indicating that no one had vacuumed the place. My favorite part was a piece of a partially eaten chicken tender laying on the balcony. I reached out to the owner to ask if there was a vacuum on premise so that I could do a once over because I didnt want my dog to get into anything he shouldn't. I gave them some context as to why I was reaching out and supplied them with pics of the messy floors and countertops. They let me know there wasn't a vacuum but there was a broom (no dustpan though) and they would send the pics to cleaning crew. No apology. A cherry on top was the blinds missing from the window right next to living room couch, so that anyone passing by under the apartments could see you as you tried to relax and watch TV. A big street light was also advantageously right outside of said window, so it shined nice and bright in your face as you tried to watch TV. The WiFi kept cutting in and out as well as we tried to watch some shows, but after everything else, that was really the least of my concerns. We ended leaving the night before check out because it didnt feel worth it to stay our full reservation.

Positive: Very nice and clean. Negative: Closed the downstairs bathroom door and it locked us out. Wasn’t sure how to open it back up!

Overall the place was exceptional. Would stay there again. Positive: N/A Negative: The outside of the property was dirty and there was broken glass and dog poop everywhere.
